🎯 Service Description
💳 Subscriptions & Payment
💳 Payment: Via bank transfer; the subscription is activated after you upload the transfer receipt and it is approved by the admin
💳 Payment Methods
How it works: Transfer to the platform's account, then upload the transfer receipt so your subscription is approved manually by the admin
🔒 We never store any card data; the transfer is made directly through your bank
💰 Cancellation & Refunds
- You may request a refund within 14 days of subscribing via support.
- If you paid and your account is not activated within 24 hours, contact us and we will activate it or refund you in full.
- When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period, with no extra charges.
- If a transfer error occurs, keep your receipt and contact us to fix it promptly.
- Please keep a screenshot of the plan and refund policy at the time of payment.
✅ Acceptable Use
✓ Allowed:
- ✓ Personal use for studying
- ✓ Taking exams and reviewing results
- ✓ Exporting your personal reports
- ✓ Access from any device
✗ Strictly Prohibited:
- ✗ Copying or distributing questions
- ✗ Using automated programs or bots
- ✗ Selling or transferring your account
- ✗ If account sharing is detected, the platform may restrict or suspend access without compensation

- 💾 Daily automatic backups
⚖️ Legal Framework
These terms are subject to the laws applicable in Palestine, and any dispute will be resolved amicably as much as possible.
Important Notice
The platform reserves the right to modify or update the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy at any time. Your continued use of the platform after updates are posted constitutes implicit acceptance, without the need for prior individual notice to the user.
