- We keep your data while your account is active to provide the service.
- When you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days; only invoice records are kept for the period required by law.
- Login logs and IP addresses are deleted automatically within 90 days.

- Your performance (exam results and weak areas) is analyzed to give study recommendations for you only.
- We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train general AI models.
- Your performance analysis is visible only to you, and to admins only when needed for support.
- Some AI requests may be processed via trusted providers, anonymized as much as possible.
💾 Backups
- We take regular encrypted backups on secure servers.
- Backups are kept for a limited period (up to 30 days) then replaced.
- After you delete your account, your data is removed from backups in the next rotation cycle.
💳 Payment & Refunds
- Payment is via bank or mobile transfer; the subscription is activated after the admin approves the receipt.
- You may request a refund within 14 days of subscribing.
- If you paid and your account is not activated within 24 hours, contact support and we will activate it or refund you.
- If a transfer error occurs, keep your receipt and contact us to fix it promptly.
🚨 Data Breach Notification
In case of any breach or leak that may affect your data, we take containment measures immediately and notify affected users by email or within the platform as soon as possible, explaining what happened and the recommended steps to protect their account.
⚖️ Legal Framework
This policy is subject to the laws applicable in Palestine, and any dispute will be resolved amicably as much as possible. When we update this policy, we will update the last-modified date and notify users of material changes via the platform or email.
